The REALTORS® Association of Citrus County’s 2026 President, Keith Pullias, proudly introduces the theme “Beyond the Sign,” a message that challenges perceptions and elevates the true role of REALTORS® in our community.

While a yard sign may mark the beginning or end of a transaction, it does not define the full scope of what REALTORS® do. This theme highlights the expertise, advocacy, education, and community leadership REALTORS® provide every day—often unseen, but always impactful.

Rooted in the pillars of Advocacy, Expertise, and Community Impact, Beyond the Sign calls on members to embrace their role as trusted professionals, local leaders, and champions for property rights and fair housing. It reminds us—and the public—that REALTORS® are essential to the health, growth, and future of Citrus County.

President Pullias invites every member to step confidently beyond the sign, sharing their knowledge, using their voice, and serving with purpose to create meaningful, lasting impact in the communities we serve.

To our Members, As REALTORS®, we are often recognized for the signs we place in yards—but our true value goes far beyond that moment. We are advocates, educators, problem-solvers, and community partners. Beyond the Sign represents the depth of our profession and the responsibility we carry every day.

This year, I encourage each of you to lean into your role as a trusted resource and local leader. Whether you are advocating for property rights, guiding clients through life-changing decisions, mentoring fellow REALTORS®, or serving our community, your work matters—and it makes a difference.
