The REALTORS® Association of Citrus County (RACC) operates under a structured framework of governing documents that ensure transparency, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of our association’s activities. The RACC Bylaws outline the rules and regulations that govern the association’s operations, leadership structure, membership requirements, and overall governance. These bylaws ensure consistency, accountability, and alignment with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and Florida REALTORS® standards.

Members participating in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) must comply with the MLS Rules & Regulations, ensuring fair and accurate property listings, cooperation among agents, and adherence to industry standards.
