Citrus County real estate market remains active, resilient, and increasingly balanced heading into Summer 2026. Across single-family homes, manufactured homes, and condos/townhomes, buyers continue to enter the market while home values remain stable throughout Crystal River, Homosassa, Inverness, Beverly Hills, Citrus Springs, Hernando, Lecanto, and surrounding Citrus County communities.

The RACC Leadership Academy is an immersive professional development experience focused on enhancing leadership skills, expanding industry knowledge, and encouraging community involvement. Participants engage in hands-on training, collaborative projects, and networking opportunities that prepare them to serve as leaders within their brokerages, the Association, and the community at large.

The REALTORS® Association of Citrus County (RACC) proudly announced a record-breaking charitable donation of $43,128 to two local nonprofit organizations, Citrus County Blessings and the Family Resource Center of Citrus County. The funds were raised throughout the year by local REALTORS® and Business Partners and were split evenly between the two organizations.
