2025 RACC President

The Citrus County Family Resource Center is a cornerstone of support and hope in our community, guided by compassion, tenacity, and a deep commitment to uplifting those in need. Inspired by the vision of our founder, Ginger West, we provide vital resources and assistance to individuals and families, from those seeking stability to those facing homelessness. Our mission is to deliver compassionate service, foster community connections, and ensure that every person we serve feels valued, respected, and supported. Through respect, dignity, and a shared belief in the power of community, we continue to make a lasting impact in Citrus County.

Citrus County Harvest is dedicated to fostering food security for children and families in need through impactful programs that address hunger year-round. Our Blessings Program provides weekly bags of food to children enrolled in free or reduced school meal programs, ensuring they have nourishment over the weekends during the school year. In the summer, when school meals are unavailable, our Feed the Kids Program, in partnership with the Community Food Bank of Citrus County, delivers food to children throughout the week. Additionally, our Harvest Food Recovery Program, the mission that started it all in 1999, continues to rescue and redistribute surplus food, reducing waste and feeding those in need. These initiatives embody our unwavering commitment to silencing hunger and supporting our community.

REALTORS® are at the heart of every neighborhood, helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of homeownership while supporting local businesses, schools, and initiatives. Community represents the shared spaces we help build and nurture, ensuring Citrus County remains a welcoming place to live, work, and grow.
