• Cash Sales: Represent 41.9% of all closings, showing steady investor interest.

🔹 Manufactured Homes: Budget-Friendly but Slower Sales

• Median Sale Price: $176,000 (up 5.3%)

• Inventory: Up 9.9% year-over-year with a 4.1-month supply

• Cash Sales: A robust 90% of these purchases were made in cash.
